These terms are an agreement between you and Utterly Useless LLC for the Pixel Gallery game. By installing or playing it you agree to them. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Pixel Gallery for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, use cheats or automation to get items, or interfere with ads or purchases.
The paintings
The pictures in the game are our own pixel-art interpretations of paintings that are in the public domain. They're drawn for fun and aren't reproductions.
Virtual items
Yarn, decorations and other in-game items have no real-money value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We may rebalance what things cost or give. Yarn packs are used when bought and aren't restored on a new phone.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and charged to your Google account, at the price shown before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and your local consumer rights. Remove Ads and the Gallery Pass can be restored from the shop (tap your yarn) › Restore purchases.
Gallery Pass subscription
- Monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may start with a free trial for new subscribers.
- It includes no ads between puzzles, unlimited hints, double yarn from every puzzle, a weekly yarn gift and the Grand Gallery when it opens. We may add perks; we won't take away the core ones while you're subscribed.
- Payment is charged to your Google account when you confirm, or when the trial ends.
- It renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancel any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. You keep the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the price changes, Google Play tells you in advance and asks for consent where required.
Ads
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. Reward videos are always optional. See the privacy policy for the data ads use.
Changes
We may update the game, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If Pixel Gallery ever closes we'll give notice in the game and on its store page, and subscriptions will stop renewing.
Disclaimer
Pixel Gallery is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or bug-free, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Utterly Useless LLC is registered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
