These terms are an agreement between you and Utterly Useless LLC for the Moonbun app. By installing or using it you agree to them and to our privacy policy. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Not medical advice
Moonbun helps you notice patterns in your cycle. Its seasons, phases, dates and windows are estimates based on what you log. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a form of contraception, and must not be used to prevent or plan a pregnancy. Talk to a doctor or nurse about anything that worries you.
Who can use Moonbun
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, use Moonbun with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Moonbun on your own devices. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, or try to access data that isn't yours.
Sharing with other people
Only share with people you know and trust. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for the names you type. Don't use sharing or care packs to harass, threaten, impersonate or track anyone, or to share someone else's information without their permission. You can remove a linked person at any time, and you can report misuse from the app or by email. We may remove links or accounts that break these rules.
Moonbun Plus
Plus is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play that unlocks extra companions, outfits and care packs on every phone signed in to the same Google account. It is charged once, at the price shown before you buy, and does not renew. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and your local consumer rights. Logging, estimates, history, sharing, import, export and privacy tools stay free.
Changes and availability
We may update Moonbun, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If sharing ever closes we'll give notice in the app, and your logs stay on your phone. If the app is discontinued, Plus content you bought keeps working on your device as far as technically possible.
Disclaimer
Moonbun is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, accurate or bug-free, and we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on its estimates. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Utterly Useless LLC is registered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
